We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee.

Absolutely! Please bring everything you typically feed and give your pup at home when they come to board. We want to maintain their routines and avoid any tummy issues. Consistency is key for your pup's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. 

*Please refrain from bringing any bowls. We have pill cutters, can lids, scoops, and other necessary equipment. Keeping these items at home will help us avoid losing them. 

Please portion your pup's meals into sandwich baggies for each day, and avoid bringing large containers or full bags of dog food.

The easiest option for the staff is to pre-portion every meal into individualized bags. 

We have a dedicated area specifically designed for dogs that aren't eager to socialize and make new furry friends. This space is enclosed and equipped with toys to encourage playful interactions between dogs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Please refrain from bringing any items that your dog may chew, choke on, or destroy! If an item is already partially chewed, has fluff sticking out, or poses a choking risk, please leave it at home. 

If your pup tends to chew on blankets and beds, we ask that you do not bring those either, as we provide elevated pet beds.

Avoid bringing any squeaky toys, as we want to maintain a calm environment and minimize anxiety for other pets.

Additionally, please do not bring any bowls. We often have difficulty returning them to you. Instead, we provide puzzle feeders, licki-mats, and Kongs to assist with mealtime.

Yes, we offer dog boarding for all breeds! 

• All fur-kids must be 4 months or older OR 3 months and up-to-date on all required vaccinations for their age. 
• They must be spayed or neutered if 7 months of age or older. We do make special exceptions with a veterinarian note explaining that you’re waiting due to health reasons.

To participate in our services, pups must be up-to-date on all their shots including:

• Bordetella (otherwise known as Canine Cough)
• DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Lepto, ParaInfluenza, Parvo)
• Rabies (Pup’s older 4 months and older)
• They MUST also be on flea and tick medicine.

We begin feeding our doggos after they are let out, pottied, watered and decompressed. We begin  around 7am  

We will administer lunches for those doggos that need them around 11 am. If pups decide to skip breakfast, they will be fed again at lunch. 

Dinner is fed once pups are put in their kennels after the daycare closes. This is typically around 6:30/7 pm. If pups do not eat dinner, we will attempt to get them to eat and leave it overnight if necessary.

Check-in is available every day from Monday to Sunday between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.  

Check-out is also every day from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
